Terms & Conditions

1. Terms are strictly cash unless an account with the company is opened prior to work being started.  All new clients must complete an application for credit to open an account, and completing this form does not automatically guarantee a credit account will be opened.
2. Accounts are payable within 14 days of receipt of invoice unless arranged otherwise.  Any account remaining unpaid after the due date for payment may be liable to incur an interest charge of 2% of the amount unpaid per month (or any part thereof) and a $10.00 fee to cover administration.  If payment is not received by the first of month following the due date the credit controller may put a stop on future credit.
3. Any accounts that are more than 90 days past the due date will incur standard credit card interest rates* until paid in full.
4. Inferno Design and Advertising Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply goods or services to any person whose account is unpaid after the due date for payment thereof.
5. The customer is liable for any costs, including legal fees, which are incurred by Inferno Design and Advertising Ltd for the collection of overdue accounts.
6. Title to any work under these terms shall not pass to the purchaser but remain with Inferno Design and Advertising Ltd until Inferno Design and Advertising Ltd has received full payment for the goods/services.
7. GST: All estimates exclude GST.
8. If a job proceeds over one month, the job may be interim invoiced at the end of each month until the completion of the job.  Estimates are applicable for 30 days from the date listed at the top of the estimate and acceptance of estimates will be acknowledgment of an official order.  If couriers, tolls or extra materials are required, these will be charged for in addition to the estimated price.
9. Estimates are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided by the client.  Inferno Design and Advertising Ltd may need to charge extra where the job does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based.
10. All concepts developed by Inferno Design and Advertising Ltd as part of developing a final concept remain the property of Inferno Design and Advertising Ltd.  The final design ownership transfers to the client upon receiving full payment for the job and will be supplied to the client electronically for further use if requested.
11. Notification must be given in writing within 10 days of the job being completed if there are any defects in the job.  Otherwise, the job will be accepted as satisfactory.
12. All jobs are backed up after completion of the job and are stored for future use.  We work hard to ensure all such items are safely stored, but recommend that clients purchase a copy of all completed work electronically if there is a possibility it may be required for future use.  This reduces the possibility of loss of data through natural disaster, fire, flood or theft.  Please ensure documents supplied to Inferno Design and Advertising Ltd are a copy, not an original, as no responsibility will be taken for the accidental loss or damage of such items.
